Zoo Marine on the Algarve

This summer 2007 we made it to Zoo Marine. It was fantastic, we loved every minute of it. On queuing there were clowns entertaining the kids whilst waiting which is a great idea, although we did not have to queue for too long.
At the entrance you get the normal family photo which you collect on the way out and also a map and timetable of all the shows.
We saw the bird show, the dolphin show, the sea lion show. They were all really good but the best thing was the 4D cinema. You had to wear 3D glasses and it was amazing, a little scary for the little ones, even though our 3 year old was allowed in she did get a little scared. To be honest I was scared. It was so real with fish and snakes and monkeys all coming towards you.
At the beginning of the show there was a clown to entertain you whilst waiting. He was one of the best entertainers I have see in a long time. He had everyone in stitches.
Whilst walking around you can hire wheelchairs and also small cars to push little ones around in.
Food is quite good too with Piri Piri Chicken and chips or burgers being served. Good value too.
All together a fantastic day out.
