Krazyworld, Algarve

What is Krazyworld/Algarve Zoo?
After reading the leaflets about this park, we still didn’t have much of an idea of what Krazyworld was. It has a zoo, petting farm, pool area, shows, crazy golf and amusement area/rides. Basically a bit of everything, so we decided to see for ourselves. History of Krazyworld
Our Experience
On entering you can have the typical photos of your family with the
parrots and birds, you can buy them on your way out. We got there
just in time for the start of the bird show. It was really good, even
our 17 month old daughter sat still throughout the show which only lasted
about 20 mins.
We then took a walk to the zoo/petting farm area which was really good fun. There was Mickey the Elephant and lots of camels, donkeys, horses, llamas, goats, ducks - and so many more. You can feed them too! It was then time for lunch. The restaurant sells sandwiches, pizzas burgers etc. You can sit at the restaurant or in the picnic area.
After lunch we took a walk around the Amazon Area with crocodiles, tortoises and snakes. The Amazon show was also really good. We had some spare time before the next show so we decided to play some crazy golf. It was free, just show your ticket which you receive when you pay at the entrance. You only have to pay if you lose or break a ball or club. This was really good fun, there were about 18 holes and some were quite tricky and I won! We then watched the show with the horses and elephant which was also very enjoyable.
If we had brought our swimming costumes and towels we could have gone swimming in the large pool and done a bit of sunbathing too after all that walking around. Sun beds can be rented for 1.50€. There is also a small amusement park area with the bumper cars and mini bungees.

Final Thought
It really was a mixture but good fun and there is something for everyone.
I would think it could be good if you have kids of different ages. Little
ones can see the animals whilst the older ones could chill by the pool.
